Report on Constitution Day Celebration (26th November)

 At Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya Pahalgaon, Constitution Day was celebrated on 26th November with great respect and enthusiasm. The program began with a special speech during the morning prayer, where the teacher explained the importance of the Indian Constitution, its features, and the various types of rights and duties it grants to citizens.

At 11:00 a.m., a Constitution pledge was administered to all teachers and students, reaffirming their commitment to uphold the values of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity.

Following this, Prashant Sir conducted a quiz competition based on constitutional facts and national values. Students participated actively and displayed good awareness about the Constitution. The celebration helped in strengthening students understanding of the Constitution and encouraged them to become responsible and informed citizens.

Report on Gita Jayanti Celebration

 Gita Jayanti was celebrated with devotion and enthusiasm in the school premises of Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya Pahalgaon on 1 December 2025. The program began in the morning assembly with a special speech on the meaning and importance of the Bhagavad Gita. Students were introduced to the Gita as the divine song of Lord Krishna and were inspired to follow its teachings in daily life.

Students also came to know about the relevance of the Gita in the lives of great personalities such as Henry David Thoreau, Annie Besant, and modern motivational speakers like Gaur Gopal Das and Dr. Bindra. Important facts about its chapters, values, and practical message were briefly shared to create awareness among the children.


In the last hour, Shri H. G. Dharma Raj Prasad Das Ji conducted a divine and enlightening lecture on the Bhagavad Gita. He explained its core values—duty, discipline, fearlessness, and inner strength—and encouraged the children to apply these teachings for a meaningful and successful life. His discourse created a spiritual and inspiring atmosphere in the school. The celebration concluded with a collective pledge to follow the values of truth, responsibility, and harmony taught in the Gita. The program helped the students connect deeply with India’s spiritual and cultural heritage.

Report On The Visit Of Mananeeya Bhanudas Ji

Arrival and Welcome

All India General Secretary of Vivekananda Kendra Mananeeya Bhanudas Dhakras Ji, accompanied by Sushri Varsha Didi Secretary Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Andamans and Shri R Venu Gopal Sir Education Officer Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Andamans, arrived at Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya Pahalgaon at 7:45 a.m. He was warmly greeted with a welcome bouquet. He then attended the morning prayer, which was conducted with discipline and devotion by the students. The atmosphere reflected the values and spirit of Swami Vivekananda.


Student Interaction – Class X (Mind Mapping & Content Mapping)

After the prayer, Bhanudas Ji interacted with Class X students and introduced them to the techniques of content mapping and mind mapping. Students were given thirteen words connected to the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and asked to form sentences, later combining them into a mind map. He explained how such practices strengthen memory, improve understanding, and support board exam preparation.

Student Interaction – Class IX (Values & Responsibility)

He then met students of Class IX and spoke about responsibility towards society, personal discipline, and living by the teachings of Swami Vivekananda. He encouraged them to develop inner strength, clarity of thought, and the confidence to face challenges without considering themselves weak.

Teacher Interaction Session

The teacher interaction session began with three Omkaras and Shanti Paath. All teaching staff participated along with Varsha Didi and Venu Gopal Sir. Teachers shared their class-wise progress, academic achievements, learning challenges, innovative teaching methods, spoken English initiatives, Gruh Sampark experiences, and value-education activities. He appreciated their sincere efforts and motivated them to further strengthen the learning environment through creativity and dedication.

● Showcasing of Advertisement During the Session

To illustrate the affection and deep connection between teachers and students, the Parle-G advertisement was shown in the class. Through this advertisement, it was explained how a teacher’s small acts of care, guidance, and encouragement can bring a meaningful and lasting impact on a student’s life.

Principal’s Reflections and Academic Directions

Principal Sir addressed the gathering and emphasised:

Detailed result analysis for each class

Identifying areas of weakness and planning remedial strategies

Preparing weekly progress reports for consistent growth

Strengthening the role of both teachers and students in academic development

Building strong educational foundations and ensuring holistic growth

He encouraged teachers to maintain momentum, guide students with care, and ensure steady improvement in performance and character.

During his guidance, he spoke about:

Recognizing the hidden potential in every child

Connecting classroom learning with real-life experiences

Using concepts like Newton’s laws through practical examples

He also highlighted the importance of the Bhagavad Gita for clarity and courage, and reminded teachers of the purity, dedication, and compassion exemplified by Holy Mother Sharada Devi.

The day’s programme ended with the chanting of the Shanti Mantra followed by the Kendra Prarthana. The visit of Mananeeya Bhanudas Ji brought inspiration, clarity, and renewed energy to the school community, leaving a lasting impact on both students and teachers.

Sadhana Divas & “NAVONMESH” SCIENCE, MATHS, ARTS AND CRAFT EXHIBITION

 Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya Pahalgaon organised a Science, Maths, Arts and Craft Exhibition on the theme “Navonmesh” on 19 November in the school premises. The programme began at 9:30 a.m. with the arrival of the Chief Guest, Shri Krishna Chaitanya, DANICS, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad North & Middle Andaman. He was welcomed with shank, tilak, and the chanting of three Omkaras, followed by the Shanti Paath.

The formal introduction of the Chief Guest and Special Guest, Shrimati Basanti Devi, Member of Zilla Parishad, was presented. After the introduction, students from the Science, Maths, Art and Craft departments presented bouquets to the Chief Guest and Special Guest as a gesture of respect.
This was followed by all the dignitaries together – the Chief Guest, Special Guest, and SMC Chairman Shri Manikam Pillai – lighting the ceremonial lamp, marking the auspicious beginning of the exhibition. The guests then visited the “Navonmesh” exhibition area. They observed the innovative science models, mathematical concepts, artistic creations and craft displays prepared by the students. The dignitaries interacted with the exhibitors, asked questions, and appreciated their creativity and confidence.

A total of 802 in which 448 students participated in the exhibition and 192 parents and 136 Villagers attended the event. The entire programme was smoothly coordinated by 26 teachers and staff members, whose collective efforts ensured its success. The dignitaries shared inspiring and encouraging words that motivated the students, making the “Navonmesh Exhibition” a memorable and successful event for the whole school community.

Report on the Celebration of the 69th Children’s Day

 Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya, Pahalgaon, commemorated the 69th Children’s Day with immense enthusiasm and joy within the school premises. The program commenced with the recitation of three Omkar chants, followed by Shanti Path, which established a serene and auspicious ambiance for the day's proceedings.

The cultural program began with a captivating solo dance performance by a student from Class 9, which garnered widespread appreciation. Subsequently, Chetan, a Class 9 student, delivered a motivational speech emphasizing the profound significance of Children’s Day and the enduring teachings of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.

Following this, the audience was treated to a vibrant group dance performance by the girls of Class 9, which effectively showcased their talent and collaborative spirit. The cultural segment concluded with an inspiring address by Priya Didi, who exhorted the students to uphold the values of discipline, diligent effort, and compassion in their daily lives.

Upon the conclusion of the cultural events, students actively engaged in various sports activities, meticulously organized according to their respective classes and age groups. A total of 428 students participated in the day's activities, guided and supported by 20 teachers and 6 supporting staff members, who ensured the seamless coordination of the entire program.

The celebration successfully integrated cultural expression, physical activity, and value-based learning, thereby rendering the 69th Children’s Day a memorable and meaningful occasion for all attendees at Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya Pahalgaon.

Report on Birsa Munda Jayanti Celebration

 Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya, Pahalgaon celebrated  Birsa Munda Jayanti from 1st November to 15th November 2025. On 15th November, the teacher delivered a special morning speech highlighting the life, struggles, and contributions of Birsa Munda.

Following the speech, various activities were conducted, including drawing, speech, and song competitions. Students participated enthusiastically and showcased their creativity and talents.

The celebration helped students learn about the importance of Birsa Munda Jayanti and encouraged cultural awareness in the school.
