On 28 July, 2024, VKZPV Pahalgaon celebrated Community Involvement Day in the school premises with zeal and enthusiasm. “Tithi Bhojan” is a community participation programme under which birthday celebration of two students took place in the school. It was supported by SMCs,PTA Sahodayas, Volunteers and staff members of the school. An activity called “Volunteer Bano Abhiyan” was also organized in school with the support of SMC to encourage the local community to become a volunteer on Vidyanjali portal. It fulfilled the objective of fostering collaboration with local communities, SMCs, NTA/PTA, Sahodayas for encouraging socio-emotional well-being of students and providing an ecosystem for skill development.

ECO CLUBS FOR MISSION LIFE / SCHOOL

 NUTRITION

VKZPV, Pahalgaon observed Eco-Clubs for Mission Life/ School  Nutrition Day on 27 July,2024 on the occasion of  ongoing Shiksha Saptah. A plantation drive under #plant4mother and #एक पेड़ मां के नाम initiative was organized. A total no. of 25 Saplings of various local species were planted in the school premises with the help of 88 students 17 parents and 17 staff members of the school. Students were guided by the Eco-Club Teacher In-charge Prashant Sir to nurture their respective saplings, ensuring they receive water, nourishment and protection from harsh weather. They were encouraged to adapt eco-friendly behavior and incorporate sustainable practices into their daily routine and foster a sense of personal responsibility for environmental conservation.

SKILLNG DAY

Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya Pahalgaon Celebrated skilling day on July 26th 2024 on occasion of Shiksha Saptah. Along with 352 students participated and 17 teachersSupported by 10 community members. It focused to expose students to diverse skill sets, aligning with NEP’s focus on holistic education.Among from the proposed activities, a few activities where conducted in the school premises for the students like financial literacy market fair, pottery workshop, plantation drive and experiencing of local flora and fauna. Students wear motivated to explore career path beyond traditional academics. Various success stories where highlighted to motivate and empower student to think about a career based upon there interest, passion and ability.

 CULTURAL DAY CELEBRATION

Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya, Pahalgaon organized Special Cultural Day on 25^th July 2024 in which 356 students and 17 teachers of the school took part with great zeal and enthusiasm. Its primary aim was to inculcate a sense of pride and belongingness. It was elaborated that the Cultural Day is more than a celebration in education but an essential tool for the promotion of diversity, global awareness, mutual respect, creativity, community spirit and insight. The students were motivated to accept and respect cultural differences among them in order to get well prepared to live in a multicultural world.

SPORTS DAY CELEBRATION

VKZPV Pahalgaon organized sports competitions to highlight the significance of sports and fitness amongst learners. It was meant to enhance physical attributes of the students as well as to develop qualities like teamwork, values of discipline, fairness, coordination and unity amongst students.

GURU PURNIMA CELEBRATION

  VKZPV Pahalgaon celebrated Guru Poornima at Durga Mandir Complex on 21 July 2024. Students and their parents, school staff members and villagers assembled at the temple complex and observed the auspicious day with utter devotion and enthusiasm. A total number of 109 devotees were present in the celebration.

FOUNDATIONAL LITERACY AND NUMERACY (FLN)

On the occasion of ongoing SHIKSHA SAPTAH, a program based upon FLN (Foundational Literacy And Numeracy) was organized in the school premises on the second day i.e. 23 July 2024. SHIKSHA SAPTAH CELEBRATION DAY 1

TEACHING LEARNING MATERIAL

VKZPV Pahalgaon organised TLM day where all the teachers arranged grade wise teaching learning material from grade 1 to 10th. Teachers explained subject wise about the TLM, students enjoyed and understood subject wise TLM.
