Bhajan Sandhya

  A devotional evening, known as Bhajan Sandhya, was meticulously organized at the revered Ram Mandir in Mayabunder. This spiritual gathering was thoughtfully orchestrated by the diligent students from Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya, located in Pahalgaon. The event took place on September 20, 2025, commencing precisely at 5:30 PM and concluding at 6:20 PM, providing a dedicated hour of spiritual reflection and musical devotion. A significant number of individuals actively participated in this sacred Bhajan Sandhya, with a total count of 36 participants contributing their voices and presence to the devotional hymns and prayers, fostering a profound sense of community and spiritual connection among all attendees. The collective effort of the students ensured a memorable and uplifting experience for everyone present at the Ram Mandir.



A Bhajan Sandhya was hosted on September 20, 2025, at the revered Ram Mandir, Lal Tikry. The event, held from 5:00 PM to 6:15 PM, was attended by 50 devotees. The evening commenced with the recitation of Shanti Patha, fostering an atmosphere of peace and harmony, followed by Ekayamantra, Guru Vandana, and a heartfelt Guru Bhajan. The devotional ambiance was further enhanced by Ganesh Vandana, Ram Vandana, and Krishna–Ram Vandana, which imbued the temple with divine vibrations. The soulful chanting of Nirvan Shatak elevated the spiritual experience, guiding attendees toward inner peace and self-realization. The program concluded with the Concluding Mantra and the sincere singing of Kendra Prarthana. Subsequently, Prasad was distributed to all present, leaving everyone with a profound sense of serenity, devotion, and spiritual fulfillment.

The Bhajan Sandhya commenced precisely on September 20, 2025, at 5:30 PM, and concluded gracefully at 6:20 PM, offering a serene and uplifting experience for all attendees. A significant number of individuals actively participated in this devotional assembly, with a grand total of seventy-five participants contributing their presence and devotion to the Bhajan Sandhya, thereby making it a truly memorable and communal spiritual occasion. The collective participation underscored the event's success and its positive impact on the community.



On the auspicious evening of September 20, 2025, Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya Pahalgaon meticulously organized and successfully executed a devotional Bhajan Sandhya. This spiritually enriching gathering was held at the revered Sudesh Nagar Kali Mandir, a significant local landmark renowned for its serene atmosphere and religious importance. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of thirteen dedicated individuals, who contributed their voices and devotion to the sacred ritual. Their collective presence and heartfelt singing fostered a truly uplifting experience for all 10 attendees. The program commenced precisely at 5:30 p.m., filling the temple with melodious hymns and spiritual chants, and concluded gracefully at 6:10 p.m., leaving participants and observers with a profound sense of peace and spiritual fulfillment. The entire event served as a testament to the school's commitment to fostering cultural and spiritual values within the community.

Universal Brotherhood Day

 Universal Brotherhood Day was held on 11th September 2025 at the Pooja Community Hall, by Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya Pahalgaon. The Chief Guest, Shri Shivanand Bairagi ji, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat, Pahalgaon, was given a warm welcome. The programme began with the lighting of the lamp and a bouquet presentation to the dignitaries, followed by the welcome address by Principal Sir, Shri Kamal Chandra Das ji.

Students of Classes 7 and 8 presented a melodious welcome song, followed by an inspiring teacher’s speech by Smt. Nisha. The cultural programme continued with a graceful Vandana Mantram dance performance.

Before the prize distribution ceremony, details of the competitions held earlier were shared with the audience. On 8th September 2025, a Quiz Competition and a Thought Competition (with explanation of meanings) were conducted for students. On 9th September 2025, various inter-school competitions, including Thought Competition, Drawing Competition, and Essay Competition, were organized at GSSS Pahalgaon, GSS Pahalgaon, GMS Tugapur-6, GPS Tugapur-7, and GPS Tugapur-8. On the same day, Mananeeya Hanumanth Ji visited GSSS Pahalgaon and delivered the Chicago Address, inspiring students with Swami Vivekananda’s message of universal brotherhood and harmony.




The prize distribution ceremony honoured winners of all these competitions, and a memento was presented to the Chief Guest. Students then showcased their talents through a patriotic dance – “Bharat Anokha Raag Hai”, followed by a speech by Sristy Kerketta, a song on Hindustan, and an energetic Bihu dance performance. The Guest of Honour, Shri Malaya Momic, Headmaster-in-Charge, Primary School, Togapur-7, distributed prizes and was also presented with a memento.

The programme concluded with the chanting of the Shanti Mantra, spreading the message of peace and universal brotherhood. The three-day celebration was a grand success and inspired everyone to follow the ideals of Swami Vivekananda.

Visit of Mananeeya Hanumanth Rao Ji

 On 9th September 2025, Mananeeya Hanumanth Rao Ji (All India Vice President, Vivekananda Kendra), Susri Barsha Didi (Secretary, VKVs Andaman & Nicobar Islands), and Shri Venu Gopal Ji (Education Officer, VKVs Andaman) visited our vidyalaya. The dignitaries arrived at 8:00 a.m., attended the morning assembly, and observed the overall environment of the school. Priya Didi warmly introduced them to the students, marking the beginning of a meaningful day.

 

From 9:00 to 10:45 a.m., Mananeeya Hanumanth Rao Ji interacted with Classes IX and X, with 71 students and 2 teachers present. He motivated the students to aim for 100% results, spoke on the importance of discipline, vocabulary development, and offered practical tips for academic excellence. His words inspired students to set higher goals with determination. Simultaneously, Shri Venu Gopal Ji conducted a meeting with all class teachers, guiding them in the proper preparation of the Holistic Progress Report. At 10:30 a.m., Hanumanth Rao Ji and Varsha Didi visited GSSS Pahalgaon. Pasanta Bepari, In-charge of the school, introduced them to Classes XI and XII. Addressing the students, Hanumanth Rao Ji delivered an inspiring lecture on the life of Swami Vivekananda, his historic Chicago Address, and the spiritual teachings of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa. Students presented Vivekananda’s thoughts in different languages, adding depth to the session. He also shared about the role of Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari in nation-building and vote of thanks given by Shipra Bepari. During this time, Shri Venu Gopal Ji observed Class IX at VKZPV Pahalgaon, taught by Priya Didi.

After lunch, Shri Venu Gopal Ji inspected classrooms and interacted with students to understand their learning process. Later, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., a staff meeting was conducted. Mananeeya Hanumanth Rao Ji discussed teacher responsibilities, student strength, and methods to identify hidden potential in children. He encouraged teachers with short stories from Swami Vivekananda’s life and stressed the importance of holistic development.

The program concluded with the chanting of the Shanti Mantra. The visit was deeply inspiring, leaving students and teachers with renewed motivation, a spirit of dedication, and a stronger commitment to Swamiji’s ideals.

Kendra Varga In Month Of August 2025

 On 1 August 2025, Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya Pahalgaon conducted a 40-minute Kendra Varga on Leadership for 18 teachers.  Activities included prayer (Supriya Didi), Yogabhyas (Namita Didi, Ardhakati Chakrasana & Ardhachakrasana), Agya (Nisha Didi), the "Leader Change" game (Ritik Bhaiya), a song (Shipra Didi), and a discussion on leadership (Prasant Bhaiya). The session concluded with the Shanti Mantra, Prarthana, and Avalokan.

On  8 August 2025, 18 teachers attended the Kendra Varga on Indian Culture from 2:45 PM to 3:25 PM.  The session comprised prayer (Ankita Didi), Yogabhyas (Namita Didi, Vrikshasana & Trikonasana), Agya (Nisha Didi), the "Namaste" game (Shipra Didi), a song (Anuja Didi), a discussion on integrating Indian culture (Priya Didi), and concluded with the Shanti Mantra, Prarthana, and Avalokan.

On August 14, 2025, 18 teachers attended the Kendra Varga on Amrit Parivar from 2:45 PM to 3:25 PM.  The session included prayer (Baleshwar Bhaiya), Yogabhyas (Namita Didi), Asino Bhava Gananam Kum (Nisha Didi), Utthito and the "Namaste" game (Shipra Didi), a song (Arpita Didi), a discussion on parent empowerment (Priya Didi), and concluded with the Shanti Mantra, Prarthana, and Avbodhan (Rabin Bhaiya).


On August 22, 2025, 19 teachers attended the Kendra Varga on Festivals from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM.  The session included prayer (Shipra Didi), Yogabhyas (Namita Didi, meditation & bhramari), Agyas and Asino Bhava Gananam Kuru (Nisha Didi), the "OM" game (Ritik Bhaiya), a song (Arpita Didi), a discussion on cultural heritage (Priya Didi), and concluded with the Shanti Mantra, Prarthana, and Avolokan (Baleshwar Bhaiya).

On August 23, 2025, Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya Pahalgaon conducted a Kendra Varga for 61 students of classes IX & X and 4 teachers from 10:45 AM to 11:25 AM, led by Nisha Halder Didi.

On August 29, 2025, 18 teachers attended the Kendra Varga on How to Develop Culture from 2:45 PM to 3:25 PM, led by Nirmal sir.  The session included prayer, Yogabhyas (meditation & bhramari), Agyas and Asino Bhava Gananam Kuru, the "OM" game, a song, a discussion on cultural heritage, and concluded with the Shanti Mantra, Prarthana, and Avolokan.
